No. Our products are sold only through our online store. However, there is a possibility to pick up the goods in our manufactory. Just write us a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our products are made individually for our customers, by hand. For this reason, each product is excluded from exchange.
Each product is checked before shipment and packed only after careful quality control. If for any reason you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery with a description and a photo of the defect using the damage form. We will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible. This service is excluded for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accidents, extreme temperatures, humidity, liquids of any kind, damage in transit, etc.

The leather of our collars is very easy to care for and does not need much attention. However, in order to enjoy the product for a long time, you should not expose the leather collar to a water bath. If the leather collar gets wet anyway, e.g. due to rain, we recommend to dry it with a soft cloth. It should never be used a heat source (heater, hair dryer).
It is quite possible that the leather darkens or lightens due to environmental influences. This process is completely normal for leather and cannot be avoided.
Yes, it can! Especially when it’s new.
Yes absolutely! Biothane® consists of a polyester fabric with a coating of various types of plastic. It is high quality and extremely strong, cannot mold or weather. Dirty collars and leashes can be cleaned with soap and water.
Yes, you can wash the bandanas as well as the blankets with a gentle wash cycle max. 30°. Hang to dry.
